OpenLoop named a finalist for the 2023 Small/Medium Company of the Year and CEO of the Year Awards

The Technology Association of Iowa’s Prometheus Awards, presented by UHY, unite Iowa innovators and leaders across the state in the fields of technology, business, education and government to celebrate the year’s most momentous achievements. We are proud to announce that OpenLoop was named a finalist in the Small/Medium Iowa Technology Company of the Year category and OpenLoop’s CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, was selected as a finalist for the CEO of the Year Award.

Small/Medium Iowa Technology Company of the Year

OpenLoop was one of five companies selected for the Small/Medium Company of the year award category. This award recognizes a small/medium technology company with significant achievements and contributions over the last 12 months.

Over the last year, OpenLoop expanded into multiple new markets and verticals as well as introduced new service lines that continue to help further their vision of healing anywhere. It’s the company’s deep investment in telehealth support services including compliant, easy-to-use technology and top-tier, credentialed providers with nationwide payer coverage that truly sets them apart in the industry. The company has also prioritized growth over the last 12 months, by expanding their physical office space and exponentially growing their team. 

CEO of the Year 

The CEO of the Year category acknowledges the leadership, vision and impact of a CEO in the technology sector.

In the last year alone, Dr. Jon Lensing spearheaded a $15M series A funding round for OpenLoop and played a pivotal role in helping the company acquire two national digital health organizations, as well as adding nationwide payer coverage and diagnostic imaging to OpenLoop’s full stack of offerings. Dr. Lensing’s stellar leadership also enabled OpenLoop to be recognized on the Digital Health 150 List by CBInsights, Becker’s Healthcare’s list of Telehealth Companies to Know and the Tech Tribune’s 2023 Best Tech Startups in Iowa.
